The government is considering increasing the number of annual holidays and including some traditional festivals, such as Tomb-Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival and the Mid-Autumn Festival, among them.
Now there are 3 Golden Weeks for each year. May Day, National Day and Spring Festival. The purpose of Golden Week is to boost domestic consumption.
Most people travel in these three Golden Week. However, complaints about overcrowding, poor service, a scarcity of hotel rooms and damage to scenic spots, especially historic sites, have spurred debates about the merit of Golden Week holidays.
Meanwhile, many people appeal to pay more attention on Chinese traditional culture. One important thing we can do is, assign holiday for Chinese traditional festivals. And the fact is, in recent years, Chinese attach importance to traditional festivals more and more. Many activities are held to celebrate these festivals. And everyone is eager to go back home even they are in the office.
Another change is, the holiday of Spring Festival is also changed, the holiday now starts from Spring Festival’s Eve. Thus people will have enough time to prepare the dinner on the Eve.

We’ve get the phone call from my parents-in-law, they are informed to fetch the parcel.
The bakuteh sauce bought by Helen is better than last one. By using different cooking method, we have a very delicious soup.
This morning I go to China post to inquiry the parcel posted last Tuesday.
Directly I go to the counter I posted the parcel. Still the girl, once heard my purpose. Her attitude is as good as her face. Give me two forms, without any instruction and let me fill them by myself. After fill the forms, she told me that she is not in charge of this issue. I go to another counter to find a busy guy. Give him the forms and he tells me it may spend more days to reach the destination. I point out it is a express parcel not the normal one. However, I get the answer from another lady. If the parcel “do catch” the express shift, it will be an express one. Oh my god, it seems to be the lottery. I tell myself never use express parcel next time, no need to waste money on random express.
Finally I finish the procedure for the inquiry and back to the office. It is said by China post’s employee, they will give the call when they get the result. Who knows when.
Personally, China post’s service level is better than the past. However, it need to improve rapidly to meet users’ demand, even now we seldom use such service.
